A modern gym with a dedicated group fitness studio, crèche, café and function spaces are all located inside the venue. Venture outside to find dedicated tennis courts, hockey pitches, rugby fields and netball courts surrounded by lush gardens.
Our family leisure pool was recently renovated, featuring a waterslide, toddler area and lanes. The 50m competition pool is not available and will be replaced by 2025.

We are upgrading the lighting at the hockey astro turf to provide an enhanced training and competition experience for all users.
Works to install the new lighting poles will begin early September, following the completion of the hockey season, with the new lights scheduled to be operational from November 2022.
Once complete, the new LED lights will provide;
- Improved experience for hockey training and matches
- Increased power efficiency
- Reduced ongoing maintenance
- A more sustainable lighting option through LED technology
- Reduced down time in the event of a power failure. Currently, it takes around 15 minutes for the lights to return to full strength, whereas this is instantaneous for LED lighting)
- Two settings for lighting - 250Lux for training and 500Lux for major grade club competition.

Please be advised that HBF Arena will be busy this weekend, 17 - 18 February, from 7:00am Saturday to 7:00pm Sunday, as we welcome teams from across Perth to contest in sporting events throughout the weekend, interspersed with regular sporting competitions.
