Aquatic Centre

Whether you want to swim, walk, or just take the weight off your joints, there is a pool size and style to meet your needs. 25 metre pools offer the perfect chance to get some laps in, or make use of the 20 metre walking lane to get your steps in. Or if you’d rather just relax, utilise the lazy river and leisure pool to have the pressure taken off your body.

Group Fitness Centre

If you’re looking for a gym where like minded seniors get together to be active and inspire each other? Then look no further than Arena Gym. With over 100 weekly classes across four different group fitness rooms, including a large open wellness area, a cardio centre, cycle studio, and a group fitness room, you’re sure to find a class that suits. Offering the popular Les Mills, cardio classes, Metafit and aqua sessions, the wide range of choices will suit any fitness level or interest.

  • No matter your age or previous fitness experience, Our senior gym and fitness classes have something to offer everyone. Our staff will make sure everyone can be involved as much as they can by taking into account any physical limitations you may have or concerns around injury and finding the best possible solution.

  • Seniors are recommended to be active every day, even if it is only light exertion. With a wide variety of classes spread across different intensity levels and styles, our fitness programs can get you up and moving and coming back for more.

  • A seniors gym membership will provide you with all the knowledge and options to boost your health and wellbeing, regardless of how long it has been since you were last in a gym. Our highly trained and friendly staff will make sure you feel comfortable and supported within the facility and that you can understand and access all that a Seniors Gym Membership can provide. We have a solution no matter what your situation is so come on in and let us help you.

  • At the very least, you should bring a towel and a water bottle. But depending on the type of class/facility you’re attending, your needs will be different. For fitness classes, it is recommended you bring comfortable and loose-fitting clothes, active footwear and anything you feel you need to be comfortable when exercising. For pool session, bring a set of bathers, a shirt you can wear into the pool, and a change of clothes.
