A modern gym with a dedicated group fitness studio, crèche, café and function spaces are all located inside the venue. Venture outside to find dedicated tennis courts, hockey pitches, rugby fields and netball courts surrounded by lush gardens.
Our family leisure pool was recently renovated, featuring a waterslide, toddler area and lanes. The 50m competition pool is not available and will be replaced by 2025.

Our family leisure pool access hours will change for Term 4. Please read the below details carefully to understand when HBF Arena members and general public can access the leisure pool.
Weekdays
5:30am – 9:00am: Entire Pool
9:00am – 2:45pm:1 Swim Lane, Walking Lane and River
2:45pm – 3.30pm: Entire Pool
3:30pm – 6:00pm: Walking Lane and River
6:00pm – 8:00pm: Entire pool
Saturday
6:00am - 8:00am: Entire Pool
8:00am - 11:30am: Swim School Only. No pool access for Members and Public.
11:30am - 6:00pm: Entire Pool
Sunday
8:00am - 11:30am: Two Swim Lanes, Walking Lane and River
11:30am - 6:00pm: Entire Pool
Waterslide
- Operational on Saturday and Sunday, 11:30am - 4:30pm
Sauna
- Available every day during normal operational hours.
Please also note that the indoor 50m pool remains a construction site and is not available.
